Holy cow! BBAW Shortlists

My fingers are shaking... it's gonna be really hard typing up this post without a few typos... but I was just informed by some amazing fellow bloggers that I've been shortlisted for Book Blogger Appreciation Week--in not one, but TWO, categories!!

Steph Su Reads was shortlisted for Best New Blog, which, considering the plethora of blogs that have been started within the last year, is absolutely incredible, an honor of immeasurable proportions. And I was also shortlisted for Best Writing, which, again, just makes me shake. Words can't really express it, but thank you to everyone who read what I had to say, who believed in me. Getting this far wasn't just a solitary effort. (I mean, seriously, I'm no better than the rest of us--I like having an audience for my writing! Come on! *grins*)

Check out the rest of the shortlist for other bloggers. There are so many I've never heard of, that I'll now definitely be checking out! And then when you're done looking at all the different blogs on the list, go VOTE for your favorites. I'm definitely not saying that you have to vote for me for those two categories; really, I'd be much happier if you told me that you seriously checked out all the shortlisted blogs and from there made the informed decision as to which one you thought was the best. But still--so exciting, and THANK YOU!!!
