Okay, I decided to do one even though I have a headache. (Better than doing schoolwork, hey?) This is an incomplete list as it does not include the books I bought from used bookstores. But then this post would be miles long and you'd all walk away from it halfway through. :)

Eon: Dragoneye Reborn by Alison Goodman

Ophelia by Lisa Klein

Eon: Dragoneye Reborn is about a girl who masquerades as a boy in order to study Dragon Magic, and Ophelia is a retelling of Hamlet from--who else?--Ophelia's point of view. Both of these sound so good. Don't you just love the 30% off Borders members coupons? :)

Fingersmith by Sarah Waters

In Victorian London, the orphaned Sue Trinder is raised by Mrs. Sucksby, den mother to a family of thieves, or "fingersmiths." To repay Mrs. Sucksby's kindness, Sue gets involved in a scam but soon regrets it.

This B&N description doesn't make it sound interesting, but I've heard so many good things about this book--good writing, plot, characters--that I'm going to give it a try.

Flygirl by Sherri L. Smith

The Shadow Within by Jenine Wilson

Jenine self-published this book but I've wanted to read this for a while. It's kind of paranormal and, um, that's all I remember about it. Whoops!

Broken Soup by Jenny Valentine

A strange boy hands Rowan a photo negative when she can least afford to pay it attention, after the tragedy that has recently befallen her. But when the boy and the photo are inexplicably linked to Rowan, everything changes.

Woot! I loved Jenny Valentine's debut novel, Me, the Missing, and the Dead, and have read great reviews of this one, so I'm super-excited to get a copy of this book. (P.S. It's being released in the US on March 24.)

Nights in Rodanthe by Nicholas Sparks

It's a Nicholas Sparks book. Need I say more? Plus, I stumbled in on the last half hour or so of this movie and was already bawling at the ending. Signs of a good story/movie.
