About Me

Hi! I'm Steph. I graduated from Swarthmore College with High Honors in English Literature & Educational Studies with a creative writing emphasis. I worked as an educational consultant in Shanghai, China for two years, and now work as a Head Media Librarian in Seoul, South Korea. I've been writing since 1997 and reading YA since 2002--neither of which are going to stop anytime soon. Aside from reading and writing, I also play the piano, take pictures, wander, and teach myself the guitar. I'm a big believer in the inspirational power of music and nature and the eternal search for kindred spirits.

About My Blog

I started Steph Su Reads in January 2009. As of January 2012, my blog receives approximately 2,000-2,5000 visitors per week. I used to review primarily YA and MG fiction here, but now it's just kind of whatever inspires me to write a review. The banner is an original design by my talented and lovely friend Carey, who blogs her daily sketches at Carey Draws.
