In My Mailbox (55)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme inspired by Alea and hosted by Kristi. Check out Kristi's post to see what others got in terms of books this week!

For Review:

Divergent by Veronica Roth - reading this right now and it's very good! I can see it becoming very popular when it comes out.
The Dark City (Relic Master, Book 1) by Catherine Fisher - ooh! Catherine Fisher has new books coming out! Technically they're not new, rather repackagings of an older series, I believe, but still.

From Around the World Tours:

Where I Belong by Gwendolyn Heasley - A cute read. My review will be up soon.

Pride & Prejudice: Penguin Classics Hardcover Edition by Jane Austen - It's beautiful. It's textured. It's got a ribbon bookmark.
Entangled by Cat Clarke - Heard many wonderful things about this UK debut and am anxious to see what it's all about!
All You Get Is Me by Yvonne Prinz - Really enjoyed Prinz's first novel, The Vinyl Princess.
Artichoke Hearts by Sita Brahmachari - Bought upon Jenny's hearty recommendation.
Arrow by R. J. Anderson - Is an explanation necessary?

Black and White (The Icarus Project, Book 1) by Jackie Kessler and Caitlin Kittredge
13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson
The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan
Will by Maria Boyd

Five Flavors of Dumb by Antony John - A wonderful book! Hopefully I'll be able to review it soon.
Unearthly by Cynthia Hand
Trapped by Michael Northrop

  1. If you're a fan of LJ Smith please stop by, their is some horrible news about the Vampire Diaries series:

  2. I really like Black & White - hope you enjoy it. And I'd quite like to read '13 little blue envelopes' sometime - I wonder if my library will get if for me?

My IMM post is here: The Book Bundle

  3. Great mailbox! Your blog is pretty spiff too, new follower! :)

  4. I've heard such great things about DIVERGENT already! Can't wait to read it when it comes out.

Looking forward to your WHERE I BELONG review. Looks cute!

  5. Fantastic books this week. I really want to read Entangled and All You Get is me. I'll look out for your reviews. Happy Reading!

  6. Oh I'm green with envy ... you got Divergent! I just can't wait to read that one. You've got some great books there this week. I have a couple of them too - Arrow and Entangled. They sound so good! Have you read the rest of the R J Anderson series? I got them in my mailbox last week but haven't started them yet.

  7. What a great mailbox Steph. I also got Divergent this week and am glad to hear you're enjoying it!

I liked Entangled too, and as you know Artichoke Hearts is the best book I've read for a long time. I hope you like it, but if you don't, I'm very sorry ;)

  8. I've heard Cat Clarke's book is fantastic, I've got to pick up a copy of that one myself. Loads of good stuff here!

  9. Wow, that's alot of great books! The Catherine Fisher books looks really creepy!! I loved Entangled, it was an incredible book. Unearthly, was one of my favorites recent reads!

  10. Nice loot! I hope you like them all.

You got a couple of books I really wanna read, so I'll be on the look out in case you review them :d

    Happy reading!

  11. Great list this week! I've heard a lot of great things about Divergent. And jealous you got Trapped--I'm on hold for it at the library but it hasn't come in yet. Have a great week!

  12. I'm looking forward to read what you think about DIVERGENT. I'm in the middle of reading (and very much enjoying) it -- and can definitely see it becoming popular in the vein of THE HUNGER GAMES.

  13. Hope you love Divergent...I did!!

  14. Great haul! Can;t wait to read your reviews!

  15. Great books this week! I have that copy of Pride and Prejudice and I love it. 13 Little Blue Envelopes and Unearthly are on my TBR, too. Enjoy your new books!

  16. Great mailbox. I can't wait to read Trapped. Here is my IMM

  17. YAY for Unearthly! I love that book so effing much and I hope you do, too :) and we're totally Entangled twins this week. I'm super jealous of Divergent and I hope it's as good as everyone says it is! You had a really, really good week, Stephanie Su <3

  18. I'm really looking forward to Divergent! I'm also curious about The Dark City and the rest of the quartet. I'm interested to see your opinions. Four HC editions in four months will be heavy on the wallet unless they're fantastic!

I adore Unearthly. I didn't think I'd like it much at all, but it's one of my 2011 favorites so far! Obsessed and need book two NOW!!!
